Here are the steps ...
First download the latest eProxy for android in the links below ...

Second, register an SSH account in your favorite SSH site...the ssh aacount use in the tutorial has already expired, so you need to create new account ...
Third, open your eProxy app and start configuring ... watch the images attached for the complete tutorial ...

Before importing the config, tap/press the 3 small dots in vertical line at the upper right part of the eProxy app then at the File Config click New Config ... that clears the data setting then at the lower right part of the app, tap the + sign inside the red circle ... import the config by simply tapping it...
Check Default DNS and DNS Forwarding ... then Start !!!
